Yup, it’s hairy hump day. But I’ve limited the theme to that lovely patch of hair leading down to a man’s treasure. There’s a really purty example of both on this great blog. Doesn’t matter if it’s a patch, like my Kuba had, or if it’s a tiny little trail. If there’s some hair there, I’m on it.

I once ran a poll on this blog trying to determine whether readers were more familiar with the term “happy trails” or did they prefer “treasure trails.” The results were just about evenly divided.

Both terms fit, however. At the end of a boy’s trail, you’ll find a treasure and that will make you, and him, happy. I guess I prefer happy trail because it implies that the trail itself is fulfilling enough, not just what lies at the end of it. That’s how I feel anyway. So much fun to play with and on!

Regardless, boys and men, don’t trim those trails!
