Wow, you are apparently heartless.

Let’s get back to the origin of this thread: Santana, a character on a TV show called Glee.

While beautiful, talented and apparently well-off enough to wear a different outfit every day to school, as well as supported by a best friend who acknowledges and even celebrates her crush and participating in a welcoming group who don’t give a shit if anyone’s gay AND going to a school where a flaming queen is running for class president with posters of himself with a unicorn horn sticking out of his head, is STILL unable to come out and be herself.

So what does she do? What every closeted, conflicted homosexual does: Lash out at the world and try to punish it for her self-inflicted misery.

THIS IS CALLED A CHARACTER FLAW.

And it’s the whole point of this story arc.

She deserves compassion but she also deserved every word of Finn’s outing. Or do you think fat or chubby people are in a less oppressed category than lesbians and that gives Santana the right to publicly attempt to humiliate someone? That question should send all you PC tumblr trolls into a tizzy.

Finally, is Santana a coward? Oh, fuckin’ yes, she is.

She’s not 13. She’s not suicidal. She’s not oppressed, except by her own failings.

And, she is a self-hating bitch.
